My Love of Dance & Fitness
I have been joyfully dancing and practicing yoga for decades, and teaching fitness and dance classes since 2010 (view my full Bio here).
My personal dance experience spans Latin, Swing, Jazz, musical theatre, and line dancing, as well as various forms of yoga, and I like to incorporate different styles of dance into my classes. Discovering dance and joyful movement as an antidote to anxiety and low self-esteem changed my life. I gained a sense of freedom and strength, a pathway to self-love, a positive outlet for angst, and much more.
