Low-Impact Fitness - Tuesday @ 10am EST
This class is designed for people of all levels to strengthen the muscles, the heart, and the brain, all while having fun and moving to great music. Prepare to sweat as we use our own body weight as well as light hand weights, and some low-impact cardio. You may even experience the class in a chair if you like. Come as you are and take everything at your own pace, and you will feel the benefits in mind and body!
