This class is designed to be more intense, with a full 30 min of high-impact Zumba® plus cool down (the class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever). Easy-to-follow dance steps and fitness blend seamlessly to the invigorating beats of Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia, pop, and more great music. The second part of class focuses on mat work: exercises on the mat to strengthen the abs, back, arms, glutes, and legs. Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and smile!
